HAKOM participates in informing Citizens on their Consumer Rights in Vinkovci on Saturday

The Consumer Protection Week organized by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts will be held from March 8 to 15, 2018 and in the education and informing of the users, numerous bodies will be taking part in consumer protection policy in the Republic of Croatia.
ZAGREB, March 9, 2018 - On Saturday, March 10, in Vinkovci, in the area of the Capitol shopping mall, Duga ulica 26, at 14 to 18 p.m. citizens will be informed about their consumer rights. All information on consumer protection legislation and how to implement these tips will be provided to the citizens from various areas of consumer protection. This event, organized by the Consumer Rights Week, held from 8 to 15 March 2018, is held in seven Croatian cities, joined by HAKOM as the national regulatory authority responsible for regulating the market for electronic communications, postal and railway service. The Consumer Protection Week in the Republic of Croatia is celebrated in Čakovec, Slavonski Brod, Vinkovci, Pula, Zadar and Dubrovnik, with the final celebration in Zagreb on March the 15th. The organizer is the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts in cooperation with other bodies, stakeholders of consumer protection policy in the Republic of Croatia. In addition to informing citizens about their consumer rights, the event includes the education on consumer protection regulations in the morning hours. We invite citizens to visit info desks and be informed about their rights or to ask for advice if they have a problem with merchants or providers of various public services.
