HAKOM issues individual licences for the use of radiofrequency spectrum on the basis of the submitted respective request for the individual licence. As a rule, the licence is issued for the use of radiofrequency spectrum for an individual radio station, or a number of them (e.g. amateur radio stations, radio stations on a vessel, on an aircraft…).
The e-Licence service enables HAKOM’s users to submit their request for the issuance of licences for the use of radiofrequency spectrum online. This makes the filling in and submission of the request for the issuance of the licence easier for the users, and significantly speeds up the licence issuance procedure itself.
The use of the e-Licence service is free of charge, very user-friendly and simple.
If the user does not have a user account yet, in order to start using the e-Licence service and submit an e-Request, the user should first register via the interface on the left of HAKOM’s home page.
After the registration on HAKOM’s website, select the web solution for the desired type of licence for the use of radiofrequency spectrum (e.g. e-Vessels), fill in the brief electronic request form (e-Request) and confirm the accuracy and truthfulness of the entered data. This is followed by information on the amount of fees that appears on the screen, as well as the confirmation of a successfully submitted request, with a possibility of printing for the purpose of obtaining physical confirmation. The user also receives the notification of a successfully submitted request to his/her e-mail that the user has provided at registration.
HAKOM begins processing the request as soon as it is successfully submitted.
HAKOM will inform the user about the need for any additional information via e-mail.
e-Vessels solution is currently available for the submission of e-Requests for the issuance of licences for the use of radiofrequency spectrum on a vessel.
