Radio frequency allocation table
The Radio Frequency Allocation Table specifies the allocation of radio frequency bands for individual radio communications services in accordance with Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and for each radio frequency band additionally establishes the following:

its allocation to one or more radio communications services in the Republic of Croatia with individual radio frequency bands not being intended for certain radio communications services (use independent of the type of radio communications service)

its allocation to one or more relevant applications or technologies with the use of individual radio frequency bands being independent of the applied technology (technologically independent use)

its possibility of transfer or lease

its allocation for civil and/or military use

conditions for the assignment and use of pertaining radio frequencies which may, in particular, indicate the application of other relevant regulations, international treaties and agreements and decisions and recommendations of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) and other competent international organisations and institutions;

the manner of granting licenses for the use of radio frequencies establishing the obligation to obtain these licenses.
The Radio Frequency Allocation Table is a constituent part of the
Ordinance on the allocation of the radio frequency spectrum which is adopted by the minister upon proposal of the Council of HAKOM.
The Radio Spectrum Allocation Table may specify different allocations, conditions of assignment and use and manners for granting a license for the same radio frequency band.
The conditions for the assignment and use of radio frequencies shall be prescribed in detail by the Ordnance on assignment and use of radio frequency spectrum (OG 45/12 and 50/12).
