Shared usage of constructed electronic communications infrastructure and associated facilities
The infrastructure operator must allow to the beneficiary operator, for a fee and on the basis of a concluded contract, access to and shared use of its electronic communications infrastructure and associated facilities provided that the relevant conditions for access and shared use laid down in the Ordinance on Manner and Conditions for Access and Shared Use of Electronic Communications Infrastructure and Associated Facilities.
