ANCOM regulators visit HAKOM

Representatives of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania (ANCOM) pay a two-day visit to HAKOM to exchange experiences in the area of protection of users of electronic communications services.
 
 
ZAGREB, 9 April 2014 – The aim of the two-day visit of representatives of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania (ANCOM) to HAKOM is the exchange of experiences in the area of consumer protection and learning about HAKOM’s work.
 
Over the next two days, HAKOM experts will exchange experiences with their Romanian colleagues in the area of protection of users of electronic communications, in particular from the perspective of statutory regulations and best practices. The main topics include: transparency issues related to special rate tariff, broadband access quality measurement, setting money limits on monthly invoices, settlement of disputes between the consumer and the operator and out-of-court dispute resolution.
