ZAGREB, 9 April 2014 – The aim of the two-day visit of representatives of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania (ANCOM) to HAKOM is the exchange of experiences in the area of consumer protection and learning about HAKOM’s work.

The main topics include: transparency issues related to special rate tariff, broadband access quality measurement, setting money limits on monthly invoices, settlement of disputes between the consumer and the operator and out-of-court dispute resolution.
