On May 20 and 21, Brussels hosted the 18th meeting of- European Network of Railway Regulatory Authorities ENRRB and joint meeting of ENRRB and PRIME (Platform for Rail Infrastructure Manager) was held on May 22, 2019.

 
ZAGREB, May 22, 2019 – Brussels hosted the 18th meeting of ENRRB – (European Network of Rail Regulatory Bodies) and joint meeting of ENRRB and PRIME - - Platform of Rail Infrastructure Managers in Europe was held on May 22.The ENRRB is an advisory body of the European Commission in the area of ​​railways dealing with the issues, procedures and practices aimed at harmonizing at the EU level. As part of the meeting, a round table was held on the latest developments in the Member States. In addition, special emphasis was on the practice of regulatory bodies and organizational changes that took place in the period from the previous meeting in November 2018.
 
The French regulator held a presentation regarding the independence of the infrastructure manager of the implementation of the 4th railway package and its implementation. The topic of the Portuguese regulator's presentation was also the implementation of the 4th railway package, but in reference to the example of the economic equilibrium test. Infrastructure fees related to the presentations of the Czech, Greek, Dutch, Latvian and Spanish regulatory authorities, while the Danish regulator transmitted its experience with the accounting separation of PSO (commercial transport services).
Important topics of the meeting were service facilities, i.e. ports, where the way of managing these facilities, the principles and criteria for approving non-discriminatory access, as well as the European portal of service facilities was discussed.
 
At the joint meeting of ENRRB and PRIME, the main topic was the revised International Timetable Procedure (TTR project - redesigning the international scheduling process), and the participants of the meeting reviewed and acted on ad hoc requirements and delayed requests, the network report and the information document for corridor as well as PCS (Path Coordination System).
