Workshop on the International Calls within the EU

On May 15, new rules for international calls within the EU shall come into force. Therefore, the workshop, held in Brussels, was connected to the implementation of these rules in the EU Member States.
Zagreb, January 29, 2019 - A workshop on the international calls within the EU was held in Brussels. The workshop was organized within the scope of the introducing new rules for international calls within the EU (both mobile and fixed network) whose retail price will be limited from May 15, 2019 to a maximum of 0.19 EUR per minute for calls and 0.06 EURO per sent SMS message (VAT not included).
The aim of the workshop was to bring together all relevant market stakeholders in order to discuss the easiest implementation of the new rules in the Member States. The Republic of Croatia was represented by HAKOM’s experts.
