The application for issuing the permit may be filed within 30 days of publication date of the notice at HAKOM’s website.
ZAGREB, 25 January 2019 –The Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries, (HAKOM) brought the decision on opening a public call for issuing a radio frequency spectrum license for public mobile communication networks within the territory of the Republic of Croatia in the 2500-2690 MHz frequency band. It refers to the 2x70 MHz paired spectrum allocation. All interested parties may apply for a maximum of 2x20 MHz paired spectrum, while the limit on the unpaired spectrum doesn’t exist.
