WiFi4EU Network Portal Open Again

The WiFi4EU project is aimed at the EU citizens and visitors who will have the possibility to access Wi-Fi in public areas free of charge, and the access points installation for wireless internet can be funded using a voucher assigned by the EU.
ZAGREB, October 25, 2018 - The "WiFi4EU" network portal is open again, and the former registered users (the local self-government units and Wi-Fi equipment suppliers) do not have to repeat the registration process. Other interested parties who have not been registered so far can
register on the WIFI4EU portal.
Please note that the following documents must be enclosed with the registration on the portal, in your user profile:
• decision on appointment of an authorized person
• the personal ID card copy of the authorized person.
and in case contact person is not an authorized person:
• decision of the authorized person to appoint a contact person,
• a copy of the personal identification card of the contact person.
This way, all registered users from the Republic of Croatia are invited to check whether they have provided all the necessary documents or completed the registration process in order to avoid a situation where they will not be able to participate in the grant award procedure due to incomplete registration.
The new portal also introduces the option of interacting between registered local government units as well as Wi-Fi equipment vendors, all with the aim of fostering mutual exchange of experience, information and past achievements in similar projects or jobs. The date of the next call for entries will be published later.
