A five-year mandate of Current HAKOM’s Council expired

On December 27, 2017, the Croatian Government announced a public invitation to nominate candidates for the Council which is consisted of five members. The Croatian Parliament has not appointed new members of the Council yet.
ZAGREB, February 22, 2018 - A five-year mandate of the Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) expired on Thursday, February 22, 2018. The Council, chaired by Dražen Lučić, President, was consisted of: Domagoj Jurjević, Deputy President, Marijan Bolarić, Nikola Popović and Zdravko Jukić, Council Members. During the five -year term the Council held 139 regular and 3 extraordinary sessions.
HAKOM is governed by a Council consisting of five members, including a President and Deputy President of the Council. They are appointed for five years by the Croatian Parliament at the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia. The Croatian Government announced a public invitation to nominate candidates for the Council. The Croatian Parliament has not appointed new members of the Council yet.
