HAKOM at the Meeting of the EU Telecommunication and Information Society Working Group in Brussels

The topic of the working group meetings was the Proposal of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Electronic Communications Code.
ZAGREB, January 17, 2018 – Brussels hosted the meeting of the Working Group on Telecommunications and Information Society of the EU Council of the on Friday, 16 January 2018. The discussion topic of the meeting was the proposal of the European Parliament and Council on Directive on the European Electronic Communications Code, which will replace the four currently applicable Directives (Framework, Access, Universal and Authorisation). The meeting discussed issues regulating the rights of users and the radio frequency spectrum. The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) was represented by Jagoda Peleponjko, Senior Legal Affairs Expert.
