At the meeting of the Committee for Electronic Communications (ECC) the most important discussion topic was, inter alia, the radio frequency spectrum for 5G technologies, the use of L belts (1.5 GHZ) for mobile communications networks, IO at 900 and 1800 MHz as well as the topic on cooperation with the European Commission and other international organizations.

AGREB, November 14, 2017 - The 46th meeting of the Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) begins in Bucharest on Tuesday, November 14. The ECC is an organization dealing with the electronic communications policy within the European context taking into consideration the European and international legislation. At the meeting which is to be held on November 17 the discussion topic will be the following: radio frequency spectrum for 5G technology, L bandwidth usage (1.5 GHz) for mobile communications network, IO 900 and 1800 MHz, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) as well as the topic regarding the co-operation with the European Commission and other international organizations.
The meeting is attended by the representatives of regulatory bodies, international institutions and telecommunications industries. The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) is represented by Ivančica Sakal, Head of the Radiocommunication Department.
