HAKOM’s Experts Held a Lecture on Consumer Protection in the Electronic Communications Sector in Mursko Središće

HAKOM systematically carries out educating and informing the end users about their rights within the scope of its regular activities.
ZAGREB, September 22, 2017 – Following the invitation of the organizer the Consumer Protection Association "Midwestern Consumer" and the City of Mursko Središće, the experts at the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) Marina Ljubić Karanović. and Andro Marčev held a lecture on consumer protection in Mursko Središće.
During interesting and interactive discussions the participants were informed about both consumers’ and operators’ rights and obligations in the field of the electronic communications services, especially those related to the conclusion and termination of subscription contracts and the possibility of controlling consumption and protection of the unwanted billing.
