Within the TAIEX Mission HAKOM’s Experts carried out Expert Consultations in Montenegro

Within the framework of Technical Assistance and Information Exchange programme of the European Union providing  a short-term technical assistance in the area of approximation, application and enforcement of the EU legislation HAKOM's experts carried out a workshop on "
BEREC Guidelines on the Implementation by National Regulators of European Net Neutrality Rules". The workshop was intended for the representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Montenegro and the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services.
 
ZAGREB, April 28, 2017 – The experts from the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) took part in the implementation of TAIEX mission. Within the scope of the mission a two-day workshop was held in Podgorica on the topic "BEREC Guidelines on the Implementation by National Regulators of European Net Neutrality Rules”, aimed at representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Montenegro and representatives of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services.

(TAIEX - Technical Assistance and Information Exchange is the programme by the  European Comission providing a short-term technical assistance in the area of approximation, application and enforcement of EU legislation. The mission, entrusted to HAKOM is evidence of a high level of reputation and trust that HAKOM and its experts enjoy outside the national borders.
 
HAKOM’s experts Velimir Švedek and Marina Brkljačić  held a series of lectures and presented HAKOM's experience in implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 concerning open internet access as well as experience in implementing the BEREC Guidelines for the Implementation by National Regulators of European Net Neutrality Rules with the particular emphasis on traffic management measures, regulation issues regarding zero-rating services and transparency measures.
