HAKOM at the Meeting the Working Party on Telecommunications and Information Society

The topic of the meeting of the Working Party for Telecommunications and Information Society was Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Electronic Communications Code.
ZAGREB, April 5 2017 - A two-day meeting of the Working Party for Telecommunications and Information Society was held in Brussels. The meeting continued discussions on the Draft Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Code of electronic communications that will replace the four currently applicable Directives (Framework Directive, Access Directive, Universal Service Directive and the Authorization Directive). The discussion topic was the proposed Articles laying down the institutional provisions. Marina Ljubić Karanović, Senior Legal Affairs Expert took part in the meeting on behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM).
