HAKOM at the Meeting of the Working Party for Telecommunications and Information Society
NEWSThe topic of the meeting was the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Code of electronic communications.
ZAGREB, March 22, 2017 – The meeting of the Working Party for Telecommunications and Information Society of the EU Council was held in Brussels. The discussion topic was the Draft Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Code of electronic communication that will replace the four currently applicable Directives (Framework Directive, Access Directive, Universal Service Directive and the Directive on Authorization ). The discussion included the Proposal of the articles related to the radio frequency spectrum management. The representative of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries was HAKOM’s expert Marina Brkljačić.
