HAKOM at the BEREC’s Working Group Meeting

Meeting of the International Roaming Expert Working Group on the issue of radio frequency spectrum and on the mobile communications networks coverage was held in Brussels.
ZAGREB, January 13, 2017 – Following the invitation of the organizer BEREC (Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications), the first meeting of the International Roaming Expert Working Group on the radio frequency spectrum issue and on the mobile communications networks coverage was held in Brussels. According to the plan, the working group discussed the issues on data processing in the field of mobile communications networks, the possibility of signal coverage of mobile communications networks in the areas of particular interest as well as on the spectrum available for encouraging the innovations within Europe.
Stakeholders at the meeting were the representatives of regulatory authorities from the EU Member States and the European Commission as well as the BEREC representatives. Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) was represented by HAKOM’s Expert Gordan Šimac.
