HAKOM at the 10th Plenary Meeting of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services

HAKOM is attending the 10th Plenary Meeting of ERGP which is taking place on 30 June and 1 July in Sofia. The main topic of the meeting is the protection of users and promotion of efficient competition on the EU single market.
Sofia, 30 June 2016 – The 10th Plenary Meeting of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) has been organized by the Bulgarian regulatory authority, the Communications Regulatory Committee, in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) is represented at the meeting by the President of the Council, Mr. Dražen Lučić and a member of the Council, Mr. Marijan Bolarić.
The workshop with stakeholders on the postal services market, which will take place before the plenary meeting, will focus on the mid-term work plan and the ERGP strategy. The Plan and the strategy also include new technological solutions as the basis for development of new value added postal services. The plenary meeting will include discussions on regulatory accounting and price regulation, the implementation and development of universal service provision, the quality of postal services and satisfaction of end users, market development and impact of regulation and on cross-border parcel delivery within the framework of e-trade on the EU single digital market,
