The working group is in charge of regulatory accounting and price regulation and the topic of the meeting is a draft document concerning the methodology for assessing performance of postal operators and methodology for assessing the efficiency of provision of universal services.
ZAGREB, 3 March 2016 – The meeting of the working group of the European Regulators Group for Postal services (ERGP) in charge of regulatory accounting and price regulation is taking place in London. The topics discussed at the meeting include a draft document concerning the methodology for assessing performance of postal operators and methodology for assessing the efficiency of provision of universal services. The objective of the working group meeting is to prepare a report and ERGP’s common position for the plenary session of this group of European regulators.
The meeting is attended by representatives of regulatory authorities from EU Member States and candidate countries, known experts in the areas of postal services. One of the active participants at the meeting is Mr. Ivan Gilja, an expert from the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM).
