The official Website of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries has been updated with useful advice for the users of postal services in the country and abroad as well as all applicable regulations governing the Croatian and international postal system.
ZAGREB, 3 February 2016 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), as the national regulatory authority, among other things, regulates the postal services market, published on its website many useful advice, documents and regulations with the aim of raising the level of protection and information of the users of postal services in the international trade and transactions performed within the Republic of Croatia
