The possibility of reaching an agreement on the final text on the EU Single telecommunications market was discussed at the meeting. The issue of roaming charges as well net neutrality rules will be defined by this Regulation.
ZAGREB, June 24, 2015 - In Brussels a two-day meeting of the working group on telecommunications of the EU Council was held where the possibility of reaching an agreement on the final text of the Regulation on the EU Single telecommunications market was discussed. The issue of roaming charges as well the net neutrality rules will be defined by this Regulation. For the adoption of the Regulation it is necessary that both the EU legislative bodies, and the EU Council and Parliament agree on the final text. Mr. Domagoj Maričić, Head of Legal Affairs Department participated at the meeting on behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM).
