The decision to announce public tender for the selection of universal service provider, as well as the tender documentation, were published on HAKOM’s website.
ZAGREB, May 28, 2015 - Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), informs all interested parties that it announced a public tender for the selection of universal service provider in the electronic communications within the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia meaning, at the specific part of the Croatian national territory for the period of four (4) years and for the following services:
a. Access to the public communications network and publicly available telephone services provided at a fixed location,
b. The end-users access to at least one comprehensive public directory of all subscribers of publicly available telephone services,
c. The end users access to the service for providing subscribers’ numbers information,
d. Setting up public phone booths,
e. Specific measures for physically challenged persons,
f. Special pricing systems adjusted to the needs of socially vulnerable groups of users
