“HAKOM SAT“ – new system for collecting and analysing market indicators

HAKOM introduced a new system for collecting and analysing market indicators on markets under its competence – “HAKOM SAT“.
ZAGREB, 25 March 2015 – The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) introduced a new market analysis system “HAKOM SAT“ aimed at further improving regulation and modernization of the entire system for collecting and monitoring of indicators on the markets of postal and rail services, and on the electronic communications market.
HAKOM-SAT is an advanced IT system for collecting and analysing data on the situation on markets regulated by HAKOM that contains functionalities contributing to simplification and speeding-up these business processes.
In order to train external users of this new system, HAKOM organized expert workshops for representatives of rail and postal service providers to familiarize the users with functionalities and use of HAKOM SAT.
