Public tender for the use of RF spectrum for digital TV MUX D on the area of the Republic of Croatia
Public tender for issuance of the individual license for usage of the radiofrequency spectrum to provide service of managing electronic communications network for the digital TV for MUX D on the area of the Republic of Croatia.Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency on the basis of Article 18, and in accordance with Article 89 paragraph 2 of the Electronic Communications Act (hereinafter the Act), and in accordance with Article 23 paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on Assignment and Use of Radiofrequency Spectrum (OG 136/08), adopts ex officio and on the basis of Agency Council’s decision made on the session of 19 May 2010 the following decision:
