Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency on the basis of Article 18, and in accordance with Article 89 paragraph 2 of the Electronic Communications Act (hereinafter the Act), and in accordance with Article 23 paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on Assignment and Use of Radiofrequency Spectrum (OG 136/08), adopts ex officio and on the basis of Agency Council’s decision made on the session of 19 November 2009 the following decision:

PUBLIC BID OPENING:

In accordance with the public tender procedure, on it's 12th session, HAKOM Council carried out a public opening of submitted bids in the tendering procedure. Within the tender deadline one tenderer submitted the bid:

DECISION:

On it's session held on 12th February 2010, Council of HAKOM evaluated the submitted bid and adopted the decision on issuance of the license to the company Odašiljači i veze d.o.o.
