MSTI adopts resolutions after carried out inspection

Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, after carrying out inspection on the basis of Article 111, Article 112 paragraph 1, Item 14 and paragraph 6, and Article 116 of the Electronic Communications Act (OG 73/08) and Article 202 of the Act on General Administrative Procedure, OG 53/91 and 103/96 – Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, adopted the following resolutions:
