Public tender for the use of RF spectrum for digital TV MUX D on the area of the region D9
Public tender for issuance of the individual license for usage of the radiofrequency spectrum to provide service of managing electronic communications network for the digital TV for MUX D on the area of digital region D9 (part of Dubrovnik-Neretva County)Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency on the basis of Article 18, and in accordance with Article 89 paragraph 2 of the Electronic Communications Act (hereinafter the Act), and in accordance with Article 23 paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on Assignment and Use of Radiofrequency Spectrum (OG 136/08), adopts ex officio and on the basis of Agency Council’s decision made on the session of 2 December 2009 the following decision:

In accordance with the public tender procedure, HAKOM issues the explanatory document on the tender to issue the license for the usage of RF spectrum MUX D - D9:

PUBLIC BID OPENING:
Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency (HAKOM) on it's session held on 3rd February at noon carried out a public opening of submitted bids in the tendering procedure for issuance of the individual license for usage of the radiofrequency spectrum to provide service of managing electronic communications network for the digital TV for MUX D on the area of digital region D9 (part of Dubrovnik-Neretva County).
At the above mentioned session, HAKOM Council concluded that no bid was submitted. HAKOM will carry on in accordance with the valid legal provisions.
