HAKOM adopted new Statute
Following the approval given by the Government of the Republic of Croatia, HAKOM adopted a new Statute.
ZAGREB, 1 August 2014 – Today the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) adopted its new Statute following its approval by the Government of the Republic of Croatia at the its 178th session on 30 July 2014.
Pursuant to the Act on Amendments to the Electronic Communications Act, HAKOM was obliged to amend its Statute due to the recent merger with the Rail Market Regulatory Agency.
