HAKOM adopted amendments to Ordinance on the manner of provision of services and to Ordinance on universal services

Amendments to the Ordinances refer to the change of HAKOM’s full name, and will enter into force on 17 July 2014.
ZAGREB, 11 July 2014 – The Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) adopted on 3 July 2014 the Ordinance on amendments to the Ordinance on the manner and conditions for provision of electronic communications networks and services and the Ordinance on amendments to the Ordinance on universal services in electronic communications. The amendments comprise changes of HAKOM’s name in the prescribed forms. The above-mentioned ordinances will enter into force on the eighth day following their publication in the Official Gazette.
