Capacity building for the Croatian Telecommunications Agency – CARDS 2004. The project started in November 2005 and was completed in March, 2008. The project contributed to development of the Agency’s internal procedures and its co-ordination with other governmental and non-governmental bodies, it helped to improve the capacity of the staff, primarily within the Agency, but also within the responsible ministry department, to handle their new tasks and responsibilities, and reviewed and supported the finalisation of new telecommunications legislation that is fully compatible with EU rules for the sector.
