How to become a subscriber and what to do before becoming a subscriber?
You become a subscriber upon signing the request for the establishment of the subscriber relationship and, in accordance with the required service, of the subscriber's contract.
Before signing the contract, enquire about the possible providers of the service for which you wish to become a subscriber, and get as much information as possible on the conditions of using the service.
You can become a subscriber at retail outlets, where you should ask for all the information on the service and all documents regulating the service (contract, General Business Terms and Conditions, conditions of using particular services, price list).
You can become a subscriber by concluding the contract remotely, usually via Internet, mail, through sale agents etc.
Ask for all information concerning the provision, usage and contracting of the requested service from sales assistants.
