2020 Annual Work Programme and Financial Plan as well as the proposed Amendments to the 2019 Financial Plan at the Public Discussion

Public discussion to the interested parties open until August, 19.


ZAGREB, July 25, 2019 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for  Network Industries (HAKOM) has launched a public discussion on the proposal for the 2020Annual Work Programme, amending the 2019 Financial Plan as well as adopting HAKOM's 2020 Financial Plan. The Proposal of the Annual Work Programme for next year is consisted of planned activities related to three markets under HAKOM's competences: electronic communications, postal services and rail services as well as the activities aimed at strengthening regulator’s regulatory capacity. The Financial Plan provides new funding for HAKOM's performing business operations in the following year while amending the Financial Plan 2019 defines planning and allocation of paid surplus revenues higher than planned according to the 2019 Financial Plan.
 
The parties interested in discussion can submit their application for public Discussion until August 19, 2019.
