Report on Consumer Disputes in the Electronic Communications before HAKOM

During 2018, 1497 requests were solved, which was 50 requests more than the year before

ZAGREB, May 27, 2019 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) published the Consumer Disclosure Report in the Electronic Communications before HAKOM on its official website in 2018.  The report represents an analysis of solved requests for resolving disputes of the electronic communications users with operators before HAKOM in 2018. The initiation of a dispute under the Electronic Communications Act represents the third stage of solving users’ complaint after the user filed a complaint and complaint (complaint) with the operator. During 2018, the amount of 1497 requests was resolved, which represents the number 50 requests more than a year earlier.
