A Plenary Meeting of the IRG Rail Independent Regulator Group

The IRG Rail meeting was held in Porto as well as the meeting within the scope of round table on the implementation of the 4th Railway Package.


ZAGREB, May 29, 2019 - A plenary meeting of the Independent Regulators' Group - Rail, attended by HAKOM’s representatives was held in the city of Porto, Portugal. Chair of IRG Rail and his deputy reported on the activities and work of the working groups which was discussed at the last  plenary meeting in November 2018 where a  new Co-chair of the Market Supervision Working Group was elected.
 
Legislative working groups, market surveillance and access to these sub-groups regarding access to service facilities and utility service fee, presented the results of their work over the past period. Market Surveillance Report.adopted by the members before the plenary meeting, was  published on the IRG Rail web site at https:https://irg-rail.eu/irg/documents/market-monitoring/220,2019.html.The implementation of 4th Railway Package was held within the scope of the round table.
