RF management and monitoring as well as protection of  service  end- users   was  the subject of a two-day meeting of national regulatory agencies, held in Zagreb.


ZAGREB, April 16, 2019 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) hosted the representatives of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (EKIP). HAKOM’s representatives exchanged ttheir experience with the colleagues from Montenegro regarding consumer protection, methods of communication and dispute settlement between end- users and operators as well as  end- users rights and obligations in the area of electronic communications, postal and rail services.

Apart from consumer rights and consumer protection, the representatives of EKIP and their Croatian colleagues will exchange experience in reference to the managing and monitoring RF Spectrum as a limited national asset.
