HAKOM's Experts in “Sveti Juraj na Bregu” a workshop on "Protection of Electronic Communications Users"

During the interesting and interactive discussions, participants were introduced to the rights and obligations of users and operators of electronic communications services related to the conclusion and termination of subscription agreements and the possibilities of controlling consumption and protection against unwanted billings.

 
ZAGREB, June 21, 2018 –. Following the invitation of the organizer the Consumer Protection Association of Međimurje County, “Međimurski potrošač” and under the auspices of Municipality “Sveti Juraj na Bregu,” advising consumers was held within the workshop “Protection of Electronic Communications Users". The workshop was attended by the representatives of consumer protection associations and other interested parties and the lecturers were held by the  experts of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), dealing with the protection of users of electronic communications services. During the interesting and interactive discussions, participants were introduced with the rights and obligations of users and operators of electronic communications services related to the conclusion and termination of subscription agreements and the possibilities of controlling consumption and protection against unwanted billings.
