The discussion topic was the changes to the selection criteria and methodology for selecting the operations within the Investment Model 2a, related to the access NGA networks in white areas.

ZAGREB,  June 7, 2018 - The 11th meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Operational Programme "Competitiveness and Cohesion" was held in Zagreb on Wednesday, June, 7. The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) participated as a member of the Committee. The following issues were presented and adopted: changes to the Rules of Procedure, lists of major projects as well as the changes to the Operational Programme „Competitiveness and Cohesion". The information with regard to the changes to the „ex-ante assessment for financial instruments in the field of business competitiveness„ version 1,3  was presented as of 10 May 2018.

The changes to the selection criteria were announced as well as methodology for selecting operations within the Investment Model 2a related to the construction of access NGA access networks in the white areas or areas without commercial interest of the construction operator. The amendments will be put to the vote in writing.
