HAKOM's Experts Held a Lecture within the 2nd Cycle of Educational Programme Aimed at for Consumer Protection Associations

Experts from HAKOM held a lecture on consumer rights for  the  users of electronic communications and postal services and the rights of passengers in rail transport.

ZAGREB, 20 April 2018 – Following the invitation of the Ministry of the Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts within the scope of the 2nd Croatian Cycle of Educational  Programme  for Consumer Protection Associations of the Republic of Croatia  the experts of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) held a lecture  on the topic "Consumer Protection of Users of Electronic Communications and Postal Services as well as Passengers  Rights in Rail Traffic". Experts from the Ministry of Economy of Entrepreneurship and Crafts, HAKOM and Croatian Energy Regulatory Agencies participated in the professional training and in addition to the rights of users of electronic communications and postal services and the rights of passengers in railway traffic the following topics were presented:  the rights of consumers in the use of electricity, gas and heat supplies, on-line trade and cross-border trade, as well as the most frequent inquiries and consumer complaints.

HAKOM’S’s experts Ivo Majerski, Head of Information and Protection Department and Marina Ljubić Karanović, Senior Legal Affairs Expert took part in the meeting.
