Invitation to the Consumer Protection Associations to the Second Session of Professional Training

Experts from the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts, Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) and Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency are participating at the professional training, to be held on 20 April 2018. Applications for the training can be submitted by April 17.

ZAGREB, March 29, 2018 After the first session carried out by Consumer Protection Association held on November 23, 2017 which was  attended by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts in addition to the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance , Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy, Croatian National Bank and the Office for Cooperation with NGOs, the Ministry of Economy of Entrepreneurship and Craft invites the Consumer Protection Association to the second session  of professional training of the Consumer Protection Association of the Republic of Croatia, to be held on 20 April 2018, at the Cinema Hall of the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.

Experts from the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts, the Croatian  Regulatory Authority for Network Industries  (HAKOM) and the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency will participate in the professional training, representing the following areas: consumer rights in the electronic communications and postal services, railway traffic passenger rights, consumer rights in the use of electricity, gas and heat energy, online trade and cross-border trade, as well as the most frequent inquiries, applications and consumer inquiries.
 
Registration for participation in the training (name and surname, name of the association) should be sent to the mail: prava.potrosaca@mingo.hr not later than 17 April 2018.
