HAKOM’s Council has adopted the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on Amateur Radio Communications, the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on Terms of Assignment and Use of the Radio Frequency Spectrum and Ordinance on declaring the Ordinance on Technical Requirements for Electronic Communications Network of Commercial and Residential Buildings Null and Void.
ZAGREB, 30 November 2017 - At its meeting held on 23 November 2017, the Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) adopted the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on Amateur Radio Communications which was published in the "Official Gazette" and it can be found on the following link.
At the same meeting HAKOM’s Council adopted the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on Terms of Assignment and Use of the Radio Frequency Spectrum and the document is available on the following link. In addition to these two Ordinances, HAKOM’s Council adopted the Ordinance declaring the Ordinance on Technical Requirements for Electronic Communications Network of Commercial and Residential Buildings Null and Void and the document is available on the following link.
