HAKOM has adopted the Proposals to the Documents "Analysis of Discount Policy HP-Hrvatska Pošta d.d. for the Universal Service" and "Analysis of the Discount Policy of the HP-Hrvatska Pošta d.d. for the Access to the Postal Network"NEWSThese documents will enable HAKOM to carry out the analysis of existing policy of the Universal Service Provider.
ZAGREB, November 10, 2017 - The Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) adopted the proposals to the consultation papers which launched public consultation from 10 to 27 November 2017 “Analysis of Discount Policy HP-Hrvatska Pošta d.d. for the universal service" and "Analysis of the Discount Policy of the HP-Hrvatska Pošta d.d. for the Access to the Postal Network".
Within the scope of its authority, stipulated by the provisions of the Postal Services Act (OG 144/12, 153/13 and 78/15) and the Universal Service Directive (OG 41/13) in 2017, HAKOM has initiated discount policy project of universal service provider HP-Hrvatska Pošta dd. HP, for the universal service and the access to the postal network. The documents entitled „"Analysis of Discount Policy HP- Hrvatska Pošta d.d. for the Universal Service" and "Analysis of the Discount Policy of the HP-Hrvatska Pošta d.d. for the Access to the Postal Network" will enable Hakom to determine the lack of discount policy by the Universal Service Provider based on the carried out analysis.
