A workshop on neutral neutrality was organized within the framework of the Eastern Partnership of Regulators, a forum for the cooperation between the EU Member States and Eastern European partner countries.

 
ZAGREB, October 25, 2017 - A workshop on network neutrality was held in Minsk, Belarus. The workshop was organized within the scope of the Eastern Partnership of Regulators, a cooperation forum between the EU Member States and the Eastern European partner countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The representative of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) was Mr. Domagoj Maričić, Head of Legal Affairs Department  at HAKOM who presented the Croatian experience related to the so-called zero rated services.
