The most important topic of the meeting was the preparation of documentation for the development of tools for measuring the quality of service of Broadband Internet access, case reviews, issues regarding the implementation of TSM regulations and its possible violations in the EU Member States.
ZAGREB, October 17, 2017 – Following the invitation of the organizer BEREC (Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications) Brussels hosted the meeting of Net Neutrality Expert Working Group. Along with the report from CN plenary sessions, the important topics were the preparation of documentation for the development of tools for measuring the quality of service of Broadband Internet access, the case review and issues regarding the implementation of TSM regulations and its possible violations in the EU Member States.
HAKOM’s expert Andro Marčev took part in the meeting on behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries.
