ZAGREB, 28 September 2017 – During his visit in the republic of Montenegro, Mr. Dražen Lučić, President of the Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) took part in Infofest International Conference and paid a visit to the Croatian National Council of Montenegro in Donja Lastva, near the city of Tivat. On that occasion President of the Council at HAKOM met with Zvonimir Deković, President of the Croatian National Council who introduced him to the history and activities of this Croatian national community, founded in December 2007.
