HAKOM’s Council adopted the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on the Certificate and Fee for Right of Way

The Ordinance was published in the "Official Gazette" on September 22, and the provisions of the same law entered into force on the eighth day after its publication

ZAGREB, 26 September 2017 - The Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries HAKOM has adopted the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on the Certificate and Fee for Right of Way which was published in the "Official Gazette" on 22 September 2017.
