Two sublegal regulations are not in force any longer

The Act on Amendments to the Electronic Communications Act entered into force on July 22, 2017, according to which two HAKOM’’s sublegal regulations are not in force any longer: the Ordinance on the manner and conditions for the prevention and suppression of abuse and fraud in the provision of electronic mail services and the Ordinance about the mode and procedure for the allocation of mean from the Fund for the Development of Network Industries.
ZAGREB, 18 August 2017 - At its 4th session held on 14 July 2017, the Croatian Parliament passed the Law on Amendments to the Electronic Communications Act. The said Act was published on the July 21 2017 in the Official Gazette no. 72/17 and on July 22, 2017 the Law entered into force.
With the entry into force of the said Act, (Official Gazette 123/14) according to which two HAKOM’’s sublegal regulations are not in force any longer: the Ordinance on the manner and conditions for the prevention and suppression of abuse and fraud in the provision of electronic mail services and the Ordinance about the mode and procedure for the allocation of means from the Fund for the Development of Network Industries.
