The discussion on the proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Electronic Communications Code was continued as well as the discussion referring to articles on the coordination of the radio spectrum.


ZAGREB, July 14, 2017 - A joint meeting of the Working Party on Telecommunications and Information Society was held in Brussels on Friday. The discussion on the proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Electronic Communications Code replacing four current directives (Framework Directive, Access Directive, Universal Service Directive and Authorization Directive). The discussion comprised the  articles on the coordination of the radio frequency spectrum. The meeting of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) was attended by Domagoj Maričić, Head of Legal Affairs Department.
