HAKOM at the BCO-SF Workshop

The Broadband Competence Offices Support Facility (BCO-SF) organized and held the workshop on state aid allocation process in the field of rapid deployment of electronic communications networks in Brussels. The EU Member States exchanged their views and experiences in the field.
ZAGREB, June 28, 2017 - Following the invitation of the organizer BCO-SF (Broadband Competence Offices Support Facility) Brussels hosted a workshop for the representatives of the BCA (Broadband Competence Offices) within the EU Member States. The workshop was aimed at the acquisition and exchange of knowledge regarding the State aid rules in relation to the rapid deployment of broadband networks The experiences of the EU Member States were exchanged as well. The topics discussed at the workshop were related to the implementation of specific projects such as mapping, public hearings, public procurement procedures, step change, wholesale access and fees, claw back procedures, monitoring and reporting in state aid award procedures.
Vesna Gabrić Kešina and Kristina Ćosić took part in the meeting on behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM).
