HAKOM at the Conference "Mediterranean Cargo Corridor - Expansion to the Republic of Croatia"

Following the invitation of the organizer the HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o two round tables were held within the scope of the conference.
ZAGREB, May 23, 2017 – Following the invitation of the organizer HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o. a conference on "The Mediterranean Railway Corridor - Expansion to the Republic of Croatia" was held in the business premises of the Hotel Dubrovnik in Zagreb. Two round tables were held within the conference such as: "The Development of the Mediterranean rail freight corridor in Eastern Europe and the role of the Adriatic ports" and "From the establishment of the Mediterranean corridor to consolidation and expansion into the Republic of Croatia".
The representatives of the Infrastructure Managers of Italy, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia participated in the work of the round tables as well as the representatives of the port in the Adriatic, Rijeka, Trieste and Venice. The presentations of RailNet Europe (RNE - Organization of European Infrastructure Manager and Capacitance Capacity) were held on the topic „Corridor One Stop Shop" as well as the presentation of products and services related to freight corridors.
On behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), the conference was attended by HAKOM’s ’s experts Dragica Flam and Nataša Oliva Prgeša and Kristijan Solina.
